Thank you for shopping at bottaza. Our online store offers unique fashion and interesting products from our independent designers with high-quality materials and reliable production. Our QA team members inspect each product prior to packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or refund. Just follow the instructions and submit a return/exchange request on your order page and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Easy replacement:
Need a different size, color or pattern? As long as it is in stock, it can be easily exchanged.

Fast refund:
Return the returned item to our Return Center in its original packaging with the original label. We will refund your original payment method within one week.

Return Policy
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt of the product.

- Customers are charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns); when returning a product, no restocking fee is charged to the consumer.

- Please contact us in advance and we will give you the address you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package. Otherwise, no refund will be given.

- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original labels, make sure everything in the packaging is intact! Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be given.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once the "special price" has been sold, we do not accept any requests for exchanges and returns.

Purchase not eligible for return -
The final sale item is not eligible for return or exchange.

- After submitting a return/exchange request online, you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect.

cancel the order
Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a Contact Us help ticket. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase but before shipping. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has shipped.
